About Amistad Family Services:

 Amistad's aim is be a safe harbor for those who may have need of professional counseling, guidance or support, but due to fear, stigma, family or cultural barriers, have not taken the risk.  We are particularly keen on aiding families with infants, young children, and adolescents, believing in the vitality of a family's early life cycle, and that healthy early attachments lead to lifelong bonds in all relationships.  

ONLY 12 TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED

WHEN:  Saturday, September 28, 2019

WHO: Co-ed, 21 and up only

WHERE:  680 S Fairacres Rd, Las Cruces, NM, 88005

TIME: 9am- Finish

TOURNAMENT STYLE:  3 game pool play- top 2 teams from each pool will be admitted into a single elimination tournament.

PAYOUT: First prize: 300.00 + $100.00 bar tab

RULES:  The tournament rules will follow the same style as regular kickball league rules with the following amendments:

1.  Pool play games will be 5 innings or 50 minutes.  Seeded bracket play will be 5 full innings no time limit. 

2.  Games cannot end in a tie

COST: $325 per team

TEAMS:  Up to 15 players, must have a minimum of 4 males and 4 females

REGISTRATION:  Only the team captain is required to register.  

ROSTERS:  Final team rosters must be submitted to heather@socialetesports.com no later than SEPTEMBER 21, 2019.

PAYMENT:  Payment must be remitted by check or money order to: Amistad Family Services 3100 Oak St. Las Cruces, NM 88004 no later than SEPTEMBER 16, 2019.  IF THE PAYMENT DEADLINE IS MISSED, THE TEAM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP:  If you would like to sponsor a team, the cost is $325.  The sponsorship will include your logo on all shirts for tournament play.
